Quick Start Guide
Welcome to GAIN OPTIMIZER! This guide will help you install and configure the indicator on TradingView or MetaTrader 5 in less than 10 minutes.

Prerequisites
- A TradingView account (Free or Pro) OR MetaTrader 5 installed
- Valid GAIN OPTIMIZER license (get one from your dashboard)
- Internet connection for license validation
Installation on TradingView
Step 1: Access the Indicator
- Log in to your TradingView account
- Open any chart (we recommend starting with XAUUSD on M5 timeframe)
- Click on
Indicators at the top of the chart
- Search for
GAIN OPTIMIZER in the search bar
- Click on the indicator to add it to your chart
Step 2: Enter Your License Key
- Once the indicator loads, a settings window will appear
- Navigate to the
License section
- Paste your license key (format:
GAIN-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX)
- Click
OK to activate
✓ Success!
If your license is valid, you'll see a green confirmation message: "License activated successfully". The indicator will now start displaying signals on your chart.
⚠️ Common Issue: License Not Found
If you see "Invalid license" error:
- Double-check that you copied the entire license key (no spaces)
- Verify your subscription is active in your dashboard
- Make sure you're using the correct platform (TradingView vs MT5 licenses are different)
- Contact support if the issue persists
Installation on MetaTrader 5
Step 1: Download the Indicator File
- Log in to your GAIN OPTIMIZER account
- Go to
Dashboard → Downloads
- Click
Download for MT5
- Save the
.ex5 file to your computer
Step 2: Install in MT5
- Open MetaTrader 5
- Click
File → Open Data Folder
- Navigate to
MQL5 → Indicators
- Copy the downloaded
GAIN_OPTIMIZER.ex5 file into this folder
- Restart MetaTrader 5
Step 3: Add to Chart
- In the
Navigator panel (Ctrl+N), expand Indicators
- Find
GAIN OPTIMIZER in the list
- Drag and drop it onto your chart
- Enter your license key in the settings window
- Click
OK
First Configuration
Once installed, configure these essential settings for optimal performance:
Recommended Settings for Beginners
- Symbol: XAUUSD (Gold)
- Timeframe: M5 (5 minutes)
- Theme: Dark Professional (or your preference)
- Min Confluence Score: 4 (balanced signals)
- Show Peak Labels: Enabled
- Alert Type: Sound + Notification
Verify Installation
To ensure everything is working correctly:
- You should see the indicator lines on your chart (color depends on your theme)
- Buy/Sell signals should appear as arrows or labels
- The license status should show "Active" in the indicator info panel
- Try switching timeframes - the indicator should recalculate automatically
