Error: "Invalid License Key"

The license key you entered is invalid or has been revoked. Please check your key and try again.

Solution #1: Copy-Paste Key

  1. Open purchase email
  2. Triple-click license key to select all
  3. Ctrl+C to copy
  4. Paste into activation field (Ctrl+V)
  5. Don't type manually!

Solution #2: Check Format

✅ Correct: ABCD-1234-EFGH-5678 ❌ Wrong: ABCD 1234 EFGH 5678 (no dashes) ❌ Wrong: abcd-1234-efgh-5678 (lowercase) ❌ Wrong: ABCD-1234-EFGH-5678 (extra spaces)

Error: "Username Not Found"

❌ ERROR: TradingView Username Not Found

The username you entered does not exist or cannot be verified.

Solutions:

Find Correct Username

  1. Click profile icon (top-right of TradingView)
  2. Look for "Username: XXXXX"
  3. Copy it EXACTLY (case-sensitive!)
  4. Example: "JohnTrader2024" ≠ "johntrader2024"

Error: "License Already In Use"

❌ ERROR: License Already In Use

This license is already activated on another TradingView account. Each license can only be used on one account.

Solutions:

Request Transfer

Transfer policy:

  • First transfer: FREE (once per year)
  • Additional transfers: $29
  • Processed within 24 hours

2. Loading Errors

Error: Indicator Not Appearing

Problem: Added GAIN OPTIMIZER but nothing shows on chart.

Solutions:

Solution #1: Verify Indicator Is Active

  1. Look at chart sidebar (left side)
  2. Find "GAIN OPTIMIZER" in list
  3. Eye icon should be OPEN 👁️ not closed
  4. If closed, click to open

Solution #2: Check Visibility Settings

  1. Right-click indicator name
  2. Settings → Visibility tab
  3. Ensure "Visible on Chart" is CHECKED
  4. All components checked (Signals, Dashboard, etc.)
  5. Click OK

Solution #3: Clear Cache and Reload

  1. Press Ctrl+Shift+R (force reload)
  2. Clears browser cache
  3. Reloads chart fresh
  4. Indicator should appear

Error: Stuck on Loading Screen

Problem: Indicator shows "Loading..." forever.

Solutions:

Solution #1: Wait 60 Seconds

First, just wait. Sometimes takes time with slow connection. Don't refresh immediately.

Solution #2: Reduce Indicators

  1. Remove all other indicators temporarily
  2. Keep only GAIN OPTIMIZER
  3. Does it load now?
  4. If yes, too many indicators was the problem
  5. Keep max 4-5 indicators total

3. Signal Errors

Error: No Signals Appearing

Problem: Indicator loaded, but no BUY/SELL arrows showing.

Solutions:

Solution #1: Check Settings

  1. Right-click indicator → Settings
  2. Inputs tab
  3. Check "Confluence Threshold"
  4. If above 80, lower to 70
  5. Save and wait

Solution #2: Wait for Conditions

Signals appear when:

  • Trend aligns
  • Momentum confirms
  • Support/resistance near
  • Volume adequate

If none of these exist, no signal yet! This is NORMAL and correct.

Error: Too Many Signals

Problem: 50+ signals per day, overwhelming.

Solutions:

Increase Threshold

Current: 60 → Change to: 75 Current: 70 → Change to: 80 Higher threshold = fewer but better signals

Enable Filters

Settings → Inputs

  • Trend Filter: YES
  • Volatility Filter: YES
  • Time Filter: YES (optional)

4. Performance Issues

Error: Chart Lagging/Freezing

Problem: Chart is slow, takes time to update, freezing.

Solutions:

Solution #1: Reduce Indicators

Remove all indicators except:

  • GAIN OPTIMIZER
  • Maybe 1-2 moving averages
  • Max total: 4-5 indicators

Solution #2: Limit Candles

  1. Chart Settings (gear icon)
  2. Appearance → Limit Bars
  3. Set to: 5,000 (instead of 20,000)
  4. Chart loads faster

Solution #3: Close Unused Items

  • Close unused TradingView tabs
  • Close other browser tabs
  • Close unused programs
  • Free up RAM
