1. License Errors
Error: "Invalid License Key"
The license key you entered is invalid or has been revoked. Please check your key and try again.
Causes:
- Typo in license key
- Extra spaces before/after key
- Missing dashes
- Wrong license key (from different product)
- License revoked (Terms violation)
Solutions:
Solution #1: Copy-Paste Key
- Open purchase email
- Triple-click license key to select all
- Ctrl+C to copy
- Paste into activation field (Ctrl+V)
- Don't type manually!
Solution #2: Check Format
Error: "Username Not Found"
The username you entered does not exist or cannot be verified.
Solutions:
Find Correct Username
- Click profile icon (top-right of TradingView)
- Look for "Username: XXXXX"
- Copy it EXACTLY (case-sensitive!)
- Example: "JohnTrader2024" ≠ "johntrader2024"
Error: "License Already In Use"
This license is already activated on another TradingView account. Each license can only be used on one account.
Solutions:
Request Transfer

Subject: License Transfer Request
Transfer policy:
- First transfer: FREE (once per year)
- Additional transfers: $29
- Processed within 24 hours
2. Loading Errors
Error: Indicator Not Appearing
Problem: Added GAIN OPTIMIZER but nothing shows on chart.
Solutions:
Solution #1: Verify Indicator Is Active
- Look at chart sidebar (left side)
- Find "GAIN OPTIMIZER" in list
- Eye icon should be OPEN 👁️ not closed
- If closed, click to open
Solution #2: Check Visibility Settings
- Right-click indicator name
- Settings → Visibility tab
- Ensure "Visible on Chart" is CHECKED
- All components checked (Signals, Dashboard, etc.)
- Click OK
Solution #3: Clear Cache and Reload
- Press Ctrl+Shift+R (force reload)
- Clears browser cache
- Reloads chart fresh
- Indicator should appear
Error: Stuck on Loading Screen
Problem: Indicator shows "Loading..." forever.
Solutions:
Solution #1: Wait 60 Seconds
First, just wait. Sometimes takes time with slow connection. Don't refresh immediately.
Solution #2: Reduce Indicators
- Remove all other indicators temporarily
- Keep only GAIN OPTIMIZER
- Does it load now?
- If yes, too many indicators was the problem
- Keep max 4-5 indicators total
3. Signal Errors
Error: No Signals Appearing
Problem: Indicator loaded, but no BUY/SELL arrows showing.
Solutions:
Solution #1: Check Settings
- Right-click indicator → Settings
- Inputs tab
- Check "Confluence Threshold"
- If above 80, lower to 70
- Save and wait
Solution #2: Wait for Conditions
Signals appear when:
- Trend aligns
- Momentum confirms
- Support/resistance near
- Volume adequate
If none of these exist, no signal yet! This is NORMAL and correct.
Error: Too Many Signals
Problem: 50+ signals per day, overwhelming.
Solutions:
Increase Threshold
Enable Filters
Settings → Inputs
- Trend Filter: YES
- Volatility Filter: YES
- Time Filter: YES (optional)
4. Performance Issues
Error: Chart Lagging/Freezing
Problem: Chart is slow, takes time to update, freezing.
Solutions:
Solution #1: Reduce Indicators
Remove all indicators except:
- GAIN OPTIMIZER
- Maybe 1-2 moving averages
- Max total: 4-5 indicators
Solution #2: Limit Candles
- Chart Settings (gear icon)
- Appearance → Limit Bars
- Set to: 5,000 (instead of 20,000)
- Chart loads faster
Solution #3: Close Unused Items
- Close unused TradingView tabs
- Close other browser tabs
- Close unused programs
- Free up RAM
